Why equity Crowdfunding?
We’ve successfully raised funds from our customers before using corporate debt bonds. We like the idea of sharing our success with the people that help make that success, our customers. This time, we believe it to be prudent to raise equity rather than more debt to help fund our growth – and what better way than via an equity crowdfund.
What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a method of raising capital through the collective effort of individual investors, who back a company to grow via an online platform – in this instance, Crowdcube.

Is investing for everyone?

Caxton is a payments fintech. With a great team and powerful technology, 500k+ B2B and B2C clients trust us with their money and love our service. Our enviable record of profitable growth, plus a £14 million revenue and £3 million EBITDA in FY 2019, is a testimony to this.
You will hold ordinary voting shares in the ultimate holding company under a nominee structure.
